The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced the extension of its Apna Ghar Aawas Yojana 2025 for an additional three months, in response to strong public demand for affordable housing. Originally launched earlier this year, the scheme has attracted significant interest, prompting the authority to not only extend the timeline but also add more flats to the offering.
The scheme, which was set to close earlier, will now remain open until November 26, 2025.
To meet the growing demand, DDA has included more flats in two localities:
Loknayakpuram (Block D)
Category: MIG (Middle Income Group)
Number of Flats: 76
Plinth Area (approx.): 134.25 – 140.45 sqm
Tentative Price Range: ₹117.19 – ₹122.52 lakh
Discount: 15%
Discounted Price Range: ₹100.01 – ₹104.55 lakh
Narela, Pocket 14, Sector A1–A4 (Block G)
Category: EWS (Economically Weaker Section)
Number of Flats: 76
Plinth Area (approx.): 31.52 – 31.76 sqm
Tentative Price Range: ₹31.52 – ₹31.76 lakh
Discount: 15%
Discounted Price Range: ₹26.95 – ₹27.15 lakh

Bookings for the newly added flats will open from September 5, 2025, at 12:00 noon onwards, through DDA’s official Aawas Portal.
