CIDCO has adopted a two-stage bidding system comprising a confidential Close Bid followed by a Live e-Auction . During the auction, bids can be increased only in multiples of ₹1,000 per square metre .

Besides the bid amount, allottees will also be responsible for GST, Stamp Duty, Registration Charges, Lease Rent and other applicable statutory charges . CIDCO has clarified that every plot is being allotted strictly on an "As Is Where Is" basis, and bidders are advised to inspect the site before submitting their bids.
