BSNL puts surplus land parcels in Andhra Pradesh on e-auction block; bids open March 11
VISAKHAPATNAM: State-run telecom major BSNL has invited bids for sale of surplus land parcels in Andhra Pradesh through an online auction on the MSTC e-Commerce portal. The e-tender forms part of the company’s asset monetisation exercise, under which 20 properties are being offered, including three sites in the state.
The auction window will open at 11 am on March 11, 2026, and close at 3 pm on March 25, 2026. Interested bidders can access tender documents on the BSNL asset monetisation website and submit bids via the MSTC property sale portal.
Palakole (Eluru district)
At Palakole, BSNL has listed its store-yard compound measuring 4,180 sqm (5,000 sq yd). The property carries a reserve price of ₹11.19 crore.

In Tuni, a vacant land parcel at Bank Colony, S. Annavaram, spread over 6,377 sqm (7,627 sq yd), has been offered with a reserve price of ₹12.94 crore.
