Multiple Housing & Commercial Sale Schemes Announced by Vikas Pradhikaran

The Vikas Pradhikaran has rolled out a large set of property sale opportunities across its flagship housing and commercial schemes. These include Swami Vivekananda Complex at Katra Hills, Navibagh Affordable Scheme, Sarita Complex, and the strategic Aerocity Phase-1. Most sales will remain open from 20 November 2025 to 08 December 2025, with the exception of Navibagh commercial plots which closed earlier in October.

The Authority has listed 8 duplex houses, 7 singlex units, affordable housing units in Navibagh, and commercial plots in multiple high-demand locations.

In Swami Vivekananda Complex, duplex units measuring 72–90 sq.m are priced between ₹49.69 lakh and ₹70.53 lakh. Singlex units of 41.1 sq.m are available at a uniform price of ₹13 lakh. Navibagh’s affordable units, ranging from 162 to 206 sq.m, are offered between ₹32.40 lakh and ₹41.22 lakh.

Commercial plot offerings include Navibagh’s compact 41.84 sq.m plots priced at ₹11.33 lakh, while larger plots in Aerocity Phase-1 range from 427–500 sq.m with prices between ₹1.48 crore and ₹1.82 crore. Sarita Complex also features mid-sized residential options between 112–135 sq.m, priced up to ₹72.23 lakh.

The Authority expects strong public participation due to the diversity of options across categories and localities.

Key Rules and Eligibility Conditions

Only online applications will be accepted, and any application submitted without the required EMD will be rejected. In situations where multiple applicants apply for the same property, the allotment will be decided through a lottery system. Properties will be allotted only after successful verification and compliance with all guidelines.

Applicants must complete full payment and submit all required documents within the specified timelines. As per the 2018 regulations, only residents of Madhya Pradesh are eligible to apply. Individuals who have previously received an allotment from the BDA will not be considered.

If any false information is found at any stage, the allotment will be cancelled. All legal disputes related to the process will fall under the jurisdiction of Bhopal. The authority’s decision will be final and binding.
