BHARATPUR: The Bharatpur Development Authority (BDA) has announced an online auction of selected commercial and residential plots under the SPM Nagar Scheme , offering investors, business owners, and homebuyers an opportunity to purchase plots through a transparent digital bidding process .
The Bharatpur BDA e-auction will be conducted from July 23 to July 24, 2026 through the Rajasthan SSO Portal , where eligible bidders can register, submit the required earnest money deposit (EMD), and participate in online bidding.
The initiative is expected to attract both real estate investors and individuals looking to establish businesses or build homes in one of Bharatpur's developing localities.
The SPM Nagar Commercial Scheme includes multiple commercial plots of varying sizes.
