The Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) has announced the auction of 122 residential sites, scheduled to begin on September 17, 2025. The initiative offers potential buyers an early opportunity to plan their participation before the final round of auctions slated for October 9–14, 2025.
The Bangalore Development Authority (BDA), Bengaluru, is conducting an e-Auction of residential and commercial corner/intermediate sites. These sites will be sold on an “AS IS WHERE IS” basis under the BDA’s Disposal Rules, 1984.
According to officials, this phase features a large number of sites spread across prominent BDA layouts. Notably, Arakawati accounts for nearly 47 sites, making it one of the major contributors in the auction.

The auction includes both prime and extension areas, catering to different categories of buyers and investors. The BDA has advised interested participants to review the list of sites and prepare in advance for bidding.
