The Bathinda Development Authority (BDA) has announced a major July 2026 e-auction offering 141 residential and commercial properties across Bathinda. The auction includes residential plots, commercial booths, SCOs, shops and PUDA-developed plots, providing investment opportunities for homebuyers, business owners and real estate investors.
According to the official property list, the combined value of the assets offered by BDA and OUVGL/PUDA exceeds ₹58 crore, making it one of the significant property auctions in Punjab this year.
