Kakinada: Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited (APIIC) , a state government enterprise , has announced an open e-auction for industrial plots at MSME Park, Peddapuram Phase-2 in Kakinada district . The move comes amid high demand for industrial land , prompting the corporation to adopt a transparent bidding process .
The authority will auction 11 industrial plots under Outright Sale (ORS) , ensuring allotment strictly for industrial purposes as per APIIC Land Allotment Regulations–2023 .
