The Lucknow Development Authority is set to resume online registrations for 1,487 residential plots under its Anantnagar Housing Scheme on Mohan Road, subject to final approval from the property department. The UP RERA–registered plots are targeted at middle- and upper-income buyers and range in size from 112.5 to 450 square metres. Sector-wise, Sector 1 will offer 617 plots, Sector 3 will have 377 plots and Sector 5 will include 493 plots. The plots are spread across multiple colonies, including Akash Khand, Aalekh Khand, Ashish Khand, Aabhas Khand, Alok Khand, Adarsh Khand, Aditya Khand and Aamod Khand. Allotment is expected to be carried out through an online lottery or merit-based process. The move is part of LDA’s broader plan to develop Mohan Road into a key residential corridor and is likely to attract strong buyer interest.
Lucknow: The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) is expected to soon open registration for the third phase of the Anant Nagar Plot Scheme, being developed under the Hi-Tech Township project in Lucknow. The scheme has already completed registration and lottery-based allotment for plots in its first two phases.
This upcoming phase is being seen as a major opportunity for residents who are waiting to purchase residential plots in a secure and planned location within the city.
According to official updates, registration for a total of 1,487 plots is likely to be opened in the third phase. These plots are being developed across Sector 1, Sector 3, and Sector 5.
Sector 1 (617 plots):
450 sq m – 40 plots
288 sq m – 211 plots
200 sq m – 224 plots
162 sq m – 90 plots
112.5 sq m – 52 plots
These plots are primarily meant for middle-income and higher-income groups.
Sector 3 (377 plots):
200 sq m – 26 plots
162 sq m – 15 plots
112.5 sq m – 336 plots
Sector 5 (493 plots):
288 sq m – 154 plots

The Engineering Division-III of LDA has already submitted the proposal to the Property Department. Final preparations are underway, and the online registration process is expected to be launched shortly.
The Anant Nagar township is being developed as a modern hi-tech residential colony, with the land rate fixed at ₹4,150 per square metre, the same rate that was applicable during the first two phases.

This Diwali, the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) will once again offer citizens a chance to own a plot in its flagship Anant Nagar Housing Scheme located along Mohan Road. The Authority is set to open registrations for the third phase, covering nearly 500 residential plots.
In the first two phases of the project, LDA allotted around 700 plots through online registration and a lottery-based selection process.
Phase 1: 334 plots
Phase 2: 332 plots
Now, the third phase will open for around 500 additional plots, providing fresh opportunities for those who missed earlier rounds.
Spread across 785 acres, the Anant Nagar township is being developed to accommodate approximately 1.5 lakh residents. LDA Vice-Chairman Prathamesh Kumar stated that the scheme has been designed according to international urban standards with a grid-pattern layout ensuring smooth connectivity and infrastructure.
Key development features include:
Wide roads and underground power cabling for uninterrupted electricity supply
A dedicated Education City across nearly 100 acres
Around 130 acres of green space and parks
Modern civic amenities integrated into the township design
The plot sizes available for this round range from 112.5 sq. meters to 450 sq. meters, and the price remains fixed at ₹41,150 per sq. meter, the same as previous phases.
Registrations will be conducted online, and allotments will again be finalized through a transparent lottery draw.
