Aligarh Development Authority (ADA) is set to conduct an e-auction for vacant plots in Transport Nagar on Khair Road, with significant interest shown by prospective buyers.
The upcoming e-auction, scheduled for July 17, has attracted 220 applications for 113 available plots. Notably, 202 applicants have already deposited the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), marking a competitive environment for plot acquisition.
Transport Nagar has been a focal point of demand in Aligarh for over three decades. Initially launched in 2022, the project involved the development of 1989 plots, with 1500 allocated via lottery. Subsequent phases have seen plots allotted through e-auction, with the current phase offering the remaining 113 plots.
