Ahmedabad: The Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has put 11 residential and commercial plots across the city up for e-auction, with a combined base value of around ₹1,553.39 crore .
The AMC e-auction 2026 includes six commercial plots and five residential plots spread across Motera, Chandkheda, Nava Vadaj, Thaltej, Bodakdev, Vatva and Sola-Thaltej . Together, the properties cover approximately 82,810 sq m .
The e-auction process began on September 24, 2026 . Five plots are scheduled to be auctioned on October 27 , while the remaining six plots will go under the hammer on October 28 .
Interested bidders can participate through the designated AMC e-auction portal after completing the required registration and bidding formalities.
The 11 properties include high-value residential and commercial land parcels in several prominent parts of Ahmedabad.

The two largest commercial plots in the AMC land auction are located in Sola-Thaltej.
The largest plot measures 17,512 sq m and is located near Sardar Patel AUDA Garden and CIMS Hospital Road . It carries an upset price of ₹1.75 lakh per sq m , giving the property a base value of approximately ₹306.46 crore .
Another Sola-Thaltej commercial plot covers 15,351 sq m and has an upset price of ₹2.25 lakh per sq m . Its estimated base value is around ₹345.40 crore , making it the highest-value property among the 11 plots based on the listed base value.
The highest upset price among the 11 AMC auction properties has been fixed at ₹3.10 lakh per sq m .
This rate applies to a 1,821-sq-m residential plot in Bodakdev , located near Zodiac Marquis and Rajpath Club . The property's estimated base value is around ₹56.45 crore .
The Bodakdev auction also includes a 6,458-sq-m commercial plot with an upset price of ₹2.665 lakh per sq m and a base value of approximately ₹172.11 crore .
Two properties in Motera are part of the Ahmedabad municipal corporation property auction .
The commercial plot measures 3,365 sq m and has a base rate of ₹2,81,500 per sq m , resulting in an estimated base value of ₹94.72 crore .
The residential plot is substantially larger, covering 16,068 sq m . It has a base rate of ₹1.01 lakh per sq m and an estimated base value of ₹162.29 crore .
The auction also features properties in other major Ahmedabad locations.
A 3,797-sq-m commercial plot in Thaltej has an upset price of ₹2,76,262 per sq m and a base value of approximately ₹104.90 crore . Thaltej also has a 5,105-sq-m residential plot , priced at ₹2,75,500 per sq m , with an estimated base value of ₹140.64 crore .
The 3,229-sq-m commercial plot in Nava Vadaj has an upset price of ₹2.67 lakh per sq m and a base value of around ₹86.21 crore .
In Chandkheda, a 3,546-sq-m residential plot has a base rate of ₹1.635 lakh per sq m , taking its estimated base value to ₹57.98 crore .
The 6,558-sq-m residential plot in Vatva has the lowest base rate among the 11 properties at ₹40,000 per sq m , with a base value of approximately ₹26.23 crore .
The AMC e-auction process started on September 24, 2026 .

Ahmedabad: The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has invited bidders for an e-auction of ten premium commercial and residential plots located in Motera, Gota, Sola, Thaltej and Bodakdev. The registration window for bidders, along with payment of EMD and tender fee, is open from December 6, 2025 to January 5, 2026 (till 4 pm) .
AMC has fixed a non-refundable tender fee of ₹10,000 for each bid , while the earnest money deposit (EMD) varies according to plot size and location.
Bidders who complete registration and fee payments can submit their online sealed bids until January 7, 2026 (11:59 pm) . The e-auction for individual plots will be conducted on January 8 and January 9, 2026 , with each auction slot running for 30 minutes.
Motera: Two commercial plots near Palladium Business Hub and Green Cross Pathology, with upset price of ₹1.42 lakh per sq.m .
Gota: One large residential plot of 13,419 sq.m and two commercial plots near Apple Multiplex and Vande Mataram Icon.
Sola & Sola-Thaltej: Three commercial plots, including one near CIMS Hospital Road and another close to Science City Road.
Bodakdev: Two high-value commercial plots near Under the Neem Tree Hotel and PV Enclave, with upset prices reaching ₹2.90 lakh per sq.m .
Each plot listing includes exact Google Map coordinates for location verification.
AMC has advised bidders to submit separate bids, tender fees and EMD for each plot . Queries, if any, may be emailed to [email protected] before December 12, 2025 .
Auction details, updates and notifications will be available on e-auction.nprocure.com and ahmedabadcity.gov.in . Any procedural changes will be published on the same portals.

AMC E-Auction of 13 Plots Worth ₹1,188 Crore
The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has launched an e-auction for 13 high-value residential and commercial plots across prime localities including Sindhu Bhavan Road, Shilaj, Ambli, Science City Road, Motera, Gota, and Thaltej. The civic body aims to generate around ₹1,188 crore through this auction.
Two major commercial plots on Sindhu Bhavan Road, valued at ₹333 crore , have been re-listed after failing to attract buyers for over a year. AMC regularly auctions land acquired through Town Planning schemes to fund city infrastructure, and several previously unsold plots have been included again.
