Atal Bamhrauli Township Phase-1: Registration Closed; Lottery Likely on December 2

Agra, November 13, 2025: The Agra Development Authority (ADA) has concluded the registration process for Atal Bamhrauli Township Phase-1, Sectors 2A and 3, with a total of 783 applications received against 374 residential plots. The registration window, which opened on September 29, officially closed on November 8, 2025.

According to ADA officials, the application-to-plot ratio stands at roughly 2:1, meaning nearly every second applicant is likely to secure a plot. The relatively lower competition, compared to schemes such as Lucknow’s Anand Nagar (where one plot saw up to 22 applicants), has sparked interest among local homebuyers looking for affordable residential options along the Agra–Gwalior Highway near the Khova boundary.

Correction Window Opens November 17

A provisional list of applicants will be released on November 17, 2025. Those who need to correct errors in their submitted forms will be allowed to do so online until November 24, 2025. Applicants are advised to carefully review the list and update any discrepancies through ADA’s official website within the given deadline.

Lottery Draw on December 2

The tentative date for the draw of lots is December 2, 2025. ADA officials have indicated that a formal confirmation of the draw schedule will be issued shortly. The lottery event is expected to be live-streamed on ADA’s official channels for public transparency.
