The Agra Development Authority (ADA) has completed the lottery draw process for residential plots under the Atalpuram Township Scheme. After the latest draw for Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3, a total of 207 applicants have been allotted plots, while 291 plots are still available for interested buyers.
At the same time, ADA has opened online registration for 1,626 residential plots under the upcoming Greater Agra township projects — Gangapuram and Narmadapuram. Applicants can submit their applications online until 29 July 2026.
The lottery draw for Atalpuram Township was conducted at Sursadan, Agra. The township is being developed by ADA near Kakua-Bhandai area along the Gwalior Highway.
A total of 410 applications were received for the available plots, out of which 207 successful applicants were selected through the lottery process.
Before this draw, ADA had already allotted 931 plots. After the latest allotment, the total number of allotted plots has reached 1,138 out of 1,429 plots.
