Beneficiaries must complete their online booking by September 13 through the official portal https://hfa.haryana.gov.in. For booking, an amount of ₹10,000 has to be deposited. Those who fail to deposit the booking amount will not be considered for allotment. Importantly, applicants who do not secure a flat in the draw will receive a full refund of their deposit.

Each flat measures around 200 sq. ft., with the maximum price capped at ₹1.50 lakh.
