District Sub Registrar Monteswar, District-Burdwan. All that piece and parcel of landed property containing an area of 265 Satak more or less comprised in Mouza-Mulagram and Sijna, J.L. No. 25 and 26, Khatian Nos. 951, 1644, 2512, 384, 433, 82, 493, Plot Nos. 810, 814, 785, P.S. Monteswar, District-Burdwan.
Part-3: Property stands in the name of Mr. Srikanta Kesh registered vide deed numbers 1263 of 2012, 1264 of 2012 and 1266 of 2012 in the office of the Addl. District Sub Registrar Monteswar, District-Burdwan.
All that piece and parcel of landed property containing an area of 36 Satak more or less comprised in Mouza Sijna, J.L. No. 26, L.R. Khatian No. 40 and 285, Plot No. 784/974. And containing an area of 40 Satak more or less and comprised in Mouza Sijna, J.L. No. 26. L.R. Khatian No. 557. Plot No. 784, P.S.-Monteswar, District-Burdwan.
