ITEM NO.1 (As per Doc. No. 2866/2006): All that piece and parcel of land and building in the name of Smt. S.Mythiliramya W/o M. Senthil Kumar located at Salem District, Salem West Registration District, Omalur Sub -Registration District, Omalur Taluk, Omalur Village, Omalur Town, 8th Ward, Natham Survey No. 178/1, in this Part of Land having the boundaries and extents are as under; East of-Land of Pappammal, South of Land of Parvathi, West of South-North Lane, North of Common land and lands of Premalatha, Chandrakumar and Ganesan. In between the above, the linear measurements; East-West on Northern side- 36'3" ft., East-West on Southern side-36'3"ft., South-North on Western side 25 ft., South-North on Eastern side-25 ft. Thus admeasuring to the extent of 906 Sq. ft of land and building constructed and all easement rights constructed therein and rights to use and/or take cattle, cart and vehicle through the pathways left therein and all pathway rights and easement rights as prescribed in the GIFT SETTLEMENT DEED dated 05.06.2006 (Doc. No. 2866/2006) and its parent title deeds. As per sub - division resurvey/Natham Resurvey; the aforesaid Natham Survey No. 178/1 was changed into Natham Survey No. 339, Punja Hect. 00.48.00, as per Natham Resurvey; Survey No.339 was subdivided into Survey No. 339/24B and situated at Kannanur Mariyamman Kovil Street and within the limits of Omalur Panchayat Union. Senthil Kumar located at Salem District, Salem West Registration District, Omalur Sub -Registration District, Omalur Taluk, Omalur Village, Omalur Town, 8th Ward, Natham Survey No. 178/1, As per sub-division resurvey/Natham Resurvey; the aforesaid Natham Survey No. 178/1 was changed into Natham Survey No. 339, Punja Hect. 00.48.00, as per Natham Resurvey, Survey No.578; Survey No.339/24A to the extent of 0.0062.50 Sq. meters (330 Sq. ft) of Land having the boundaries as under, East of-Land of Premalatha, South of House of Ganesan, West of South-North Panchayat Road, North of Vacant Land of Mythiliranya land. In between the above, the linear measurements; East-West on Northern side-10 ft., East-West on Southem side-10 ft., South-North on Western side 33 ft., South-North on Eastern side-33 ft. Thus admeasuring to the extent of 330 Sq. feet of land and Building and all easement rights constructed therein and rights to use and/or take cattle, cart and vehicle through the pathways left therein and all pathway rights and easement rights as prescribed in the SALE DEED dated 01.06.2016 (Doc. No. 3519/2016) and its parent title deeds and the aforesaid property is situated at Kannanur Mariyamman Kovil Street and within the limits of Omalur Panchayat Union.
