Within this: East to West on both sides-36 feat; North to South on both sides-121 feet. Admeasuring an extent of 4356 sq.ft. or 10 cents of land together with all other appurtenances including the common right of access thereto. The above house site has been regularized by the Coimbatore Municipal Corporation as per the order dated 04.12.2006 vide ref. No.8099/2006/H2(Va) and identified as site No.51 and classified as industrial site by the Member Secretary LPA, Coimbatore. As per the TSLR Extract the above site is situated at T.S.No. 120, Ward No.24 (x), Block No.23 of Coimbatore Town with the corresponding Survey No. 100/1 part. The property is situated within the limits of Coimbatore Municipal Corporation.
