In between the above the linear Measurements: East-West on the Northern Side 24 Feet, East-West on the Southern Side 24 Feet, North-South on the Eastern Side-47 Feet, North-South on the Western Side-47 Feet. Thus admeasuring 1128 Sq.feet of land, along with the building (Door No.1/181 & 182, Property Tax Assessment Nos. 201 & 202, Electricity Consumption Service S.C. No.04-436-002-626) and rights to use and/ or take cattle, cart and vehicle through the roads left therein and all appurtenants and easement rights as prescribed in the Gift Settlement Deed dated 15.11.2019 (Doc. Survey/UDR Natham Survey: Survey No. 272/23 in this part of land having the Boundaries. Measurements and extents are as under: East of: House of G. Ranganathan, West of: Above mentioned Item No.1 property, North of Raja Veethi, South of House of G. Ranganathan. In between the above the linear Measurements: East-West on the Northern Side - 19 Feet, East-West on the Southern Side-19 Feet, North-South on the Eastern Side-47 Feet, North-South on the Western Side-47 Feet. Thus admeasuring 893 Sq.feet of land, along with the building (Door No. 1/183, Property Tax Assessment Nos. 203, Electricity Consumption Service S.C. No.04-436-002-24) and rights to use and/or take cattle, cart and vehicle through the roads left therein and all appurtenants and easement rights as prescribed in the Gift Settlement Deed dated 15.11.2019 (Doc.
