Totalling 2 acres and 95 cents bounded by: North: Lands of ThalavasagaNadar, South Lands of Mr.Thirunavukkarasu and Mr.Gururamachandran, West: Lands of Mr.Subbanayakkar, East: Lands of Mr. Venkatachalapathy

Item No.2:- Kattunayakkanpatti village, i) Lands measuring 98 cents comprised in S.No.245/5. In that western 88 cents was subdivided and identified as S.No.245/5A, ii) Lands measuring Northern 92.5 cents out of 1.45 acres comprised in S.No.245/1 totalling 1 acre and 80.5 cents bounded by: North Lands of Mr.Jayaraj Nadar, South East West road, West: Lands of Eppothumvendran and Mr.T.Venkatachalapathy, East: Lands of Mr.JayarajNadar

Item No.3:- Kattunayakkanpatti Village, Lands measuring Eastern 12.5 cents out of Southern 52.5 cents out of 1 acre and 45 cents comprised in S.No.245/1 bounded by: North: Lands of M/s SreeGururam Spinning Mill Private Limited, South: East west path, West: Lands of Mr. T.Venkatachalapathy, East: Lands in S.No.245/5 The aforesaid Northern 92.5 cents in S.No.245/1 and Eastern 12.5 cents in S.No.245/1 was clubbed together and subdivided as S.No.245/1A

Thus item Nos.1 to 3 totalling(2.95+1.805+0.125)= 4 acres and 87.5 cents comprising mill building identified as door nos. 1/115 and 2/233 lying sites and building together with all buldings and structures thereon, rights fixtures, fittings and all plant and machinery attached to the earth or permanently fastened to anything attached to the earth, both present and future.
