The Noida Authority has announced an upcoming industrial plot scheme to support Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the region. This initiative will offer industrial plots through an e-auction process, providing businesses with opportunities to establish or expand their operations in Noida.
Key Details of the Scheme:
Plot Availability: In the first phase, 17 plots ranging from 200 to 7,500 square meters will be available, totaling approximately 60,000 square meters. These plots are located in Sectors 7, 8, 10, 62, 80, and 164 of Noida.
Allotment Process: Plots up to 8,000 square meters will be allotted through an e-auction, focusing on genuine entrepreneurs rather than investors. For plots larger than 8,000 square meters, allotments will be based on interviews and specific criteria.
Participation Requirements: Interested buyers must deposit 10% of the plot's reserve price to participate in the e-auction. Successful bidders are required to pay 30% of the total cost immediately, with the remaining amount payable in installments over a stipulated period.
The Noida Authority plans to release a comprehensive brochure detailing the terms, conditions, and eligibility criteria for the e-auction. This document will provide clear guidelines for potential investors regarding the application process.
