The Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) has come out with a plan to auction 171 corner and intermediate sites in several leading layouts of Bengaluru. Some of these places are Bhoopasandra (near Hebbal), Nagarabhavi 2nd Stage, Banashankari 6th Stage and J P Nagar, selections that make them worthwhile for property investors and homebuyers.

1. For Plot Numbers 1 to 60
- Start Date: 25th November 2024
- Starting Time: 11:00 AM
- End Date: 26th November 2024 (Delta time: 5 minutes)
- Ending Time: 5:00 PM
- Minimum Bid Raise: ₹500 per sq.mtr
2. For Plot Numbers 61 to 120
- Start Date: 26th November 2024
- Starting Time: 11:00 AM
- End Date: 27th November 2024 (Delta time: 5 minutes)

Key Notes:
- Auction is conducted on an “As Is Where Is” basis.

The BDA also has listed minimum prices it will accept at the auction for each site, depending on the configuration of the layout. Sites in Chandra Layout are priced from ₹1.35 lakh per square meter, while sites in Kumaraswamy Layout are selling at ₹2.13 lakh per square meter.
