1) Property in the name of Mrs.Santhamani : In Tirupur Registration District, Tirupur Joint-II Sub Registration District, Tirupur Taluk, Mannarai Village, in G.S.No.296/1, land measuring 1.54 acres @ Rs.1.25 and GS No. 296/2, lands measuring 2.42 acres @ Rs.2.00, in this lands measuring 1.22 acre, thus the total extent of 2.76 acres, in this, land developed into layouts of house sites, (i) In this, a piece of land bearing Site No. 30, located in G.S.No.296/1, lands measuring 3180 Sq.ft (or) 295.422 Sq.mtrs situated within the following Boundaries : North to layout sites located in G.S.No.296/2, South to lands in Site Nos 28 & 29, East to lands in Site No.26, West to 20 ft wide North-South road. In this, East-West 60 ft on both sides, North-South on Eastern side 54 ½ ft, North-South on Western side 51 ½ ft, thus the total extent of 3180 sq.ft or 295.422 sq.mtrs of land. (ii) In Site No.26, Eastern side parts of land measuring 1050 sq.ft or 97.545 sq.mtrs, situated within the following Boundaries : North to layout sites located in G.S.No.296/2, South to lands in Site Nos 27 & 28, East to lands in Site No. 26 (Western part), West to above mentioned Site No.30. The total extent of the properties in item nos, (i) and (ii) are 4230 sq.ft or 392.967 sq.mtrs (as per latest revenue sub-division the above lands forms part of GS No. 296/1, lands measuring 0.6250 Hectare in Patta No. 116) of land along with 860 Sq.ft tiled roofed buildings, superstructures, bearing Door Nos. 3/710A, Assessment No.21003187, Water Tax connection no.21001403, EB connection No. 03-208-007-3655, with wirings, fittings, deposits and all appurtenances and right to use the layout roads and mamool roads to reach the properties.
