Property No.1 : Property belongs to Mr. E.M.Muruganandam vide Doc no. 1184/1991 : In Erode registration District, in Bhavani Sub Registration District, In Erode Taluk in Mettunasuvampalayam Village, in SF No.88/5A an extent of 1.95.0 Hectares Assessed at Rs. 5.40 and in present resurvey SF No.88/1 an extent of 0.06.5 hectare assessed at Rs.0.18 (for this old SF No. 68) in this (i) An extent of 2639 square feet situated within the following Boundaries: South of the property belonged to Vedhambal Teacher, North of the property belonged to Raju, West of the other lands belonged to Katu Kuppanna Gounder and others, East of the 25 feet breadth south north Road and Measuring : east west 56 ½ feet on the northern side, east west 59 ½ feet on the southern side south north 46 ½ feet on the eastern side and south north 44 ½ ft. on the western side making the above extent of 2639 square feet. (ii) An another extent of 451 square feet situated within the following Boundaries : North of property mentioned in item No.(i) of the schedule herein, South of the property belonged to Vedhambal Teacher, West of the other lands belonged to Katu Kuppanna Gounder and others and East of the road, Measuring : east west 56 ¼ feet on the northern side east west 56 ½ feet on the southern side and south north 8 feet on both sides making the above extent of 451 square feet. The properties mentioned in item Nos.(i)and (ii) are measuring a total extent of 3090 Sq.ft or 7.09 cents and the buildings constructed thereon bearing door Nos. 6/1040 to 1042 having assessment No.1462, electricity service connection along with all other appurtenances thereto and the right to use the 25 feet breadth South north cart track and the right to use the other mamool roads to reach the properties.
